Larbsoft Terms of Service

Welcome to Larbsoft! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our mobile applications and related services (collectively, the "App" or "Service").
By downloading, installing, or using any Larbsoft App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the App, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree, do not download, install, or use the App.
2. Description of Service
Larbsoft provides AI-powered mobile applications that allow users to upload, edit, enhance, and generate images using artificial intelligence and machine learning technologies.
Features may include image modification, object or background removal, outfit transformation, beauty retouching, or other AI-driven editing capabilities.
Our Apps are intended for personal and creative use only.
3. User Eligibility
Our Apps are rated 4+ in the App Store.
- Users under 13 must have parental consent and supervision.
- Users under 18 should review these Terms with a parent or guardian.
- By using the App, you confirm that you meet these requirements.
4. User Content and Rights
- Your Content: You retain ownership of the photos and images you upload ("User Content").
- License to Process: You grant Larbsoft a limited, non-exclusive license to process your content solely to provide AI editing and generation services.
- Responsibility: You are responsible for ensuring you have the legal right to upload and modify all content you submit.
5. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use the App to:
- Upload or generate images of other individuals without consent.
- Create or share illegal, pornographic, or offensive content.
- Use the App for harassment, defamation, or exploitation.
- Reverse-engineer, copy, or misuse our AI technology.
- Infringe on any intellectual property rights.
- Upload or depict minors in inappropriate contexts.
- Circumvent any content restrictions or security features.
Larbsoft reserves the right to remove or restrict content and access that violates these rules.
6. AI Technology and Accuracy
Our Apps use AI models to process and generate visual outputs. Results are artistic interpretations and may not always be accurate or realistic.
We make no guarantees regarding the quality, reliability, or fitness of AI-generated results.
7. Privacy and Data
Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.
By using the App, you consent to our data practices as described in that policy.
8. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property in the Apps — including AI models, software, branding, design, and interface — belongs to Larbsoft.
You may not copy, distribute, or modify any part of the Apps without our written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- The App is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind.
- Larbsoft is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from use or inability to use the App.
- Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for any in-App purchases (if any).
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Larbsoft and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the App, your content, or your violation of these Terms.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these Terms.
You may stop using the App at any time; uninstalling an App does not relieve you of prior obligations.
12. Updates and Changes
We may modify these Terms periodically.
Material updates will be communicated through the App or our website.
Continued use after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
13. App Store Terms
If you downloaded the App from the Apple App Store or Google Play, you acknowledge that:
- These Terms are between you and Larbsoft, not Apple or Google.
- Apple and Google are not responsible for the App or related claims.
- You must comply with the applicable App Store or Play Store terms.
14. Subscriptions and Payments
If you purchase a subscription or other paid feature:
- Payments are processed by the App Store or Play Store.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before renewal.
- You can manage or cancel in your App Store account settings.
15. Content Moderation and Retention
We may review and remove content that violates these Terms.
Uploaded and generated images may be temporarily stored for processing and automatically deleted after 24 hours.

16. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any disputes will be handled exclusively in the courts of Delaware.
17. Severability
If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
