These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Secret Calculator – Pixvault ("App"), developed and operated by Larbsoft ("we", "our", or "us").
By downloading or using Secret Calculator – Pixvault, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1. Description of Service
Secret Calculator – Pixvault provides:
- A tip calculator
- A private on-device vault for storing files
- A private web browser
- File download functionality
All vault content is stored locally on your device. Larbsoft does not host or store user files.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the App.
By using Secret Calculator – Pixvault, you represent that you meet this requirement.
3. User Responsibility
You are solely responsible for:
- The content you store in the vault
- The websites you access through the private browser
- The files you download
- Compliance with applicable laws in your jurisdiction
Larbsoft does not monitor or review vault content or browsing activity.
4. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use Secret Calculator – Pixvault:
- In violation of any local, national, or international law
- To download or distribute copyrighted material without authorization
- To store unlawful, abusive, or illegal content
- To attempt to reverse engineer or tamper with the App
We reserve the right to restrict access to the App if misuse is detected.
5. Third-Party Websites
Secret Calculator – Pixvault includes a web browser that allows access to third-party websites.
Larbsoft:
- Does not control third-party content
- Is not responsible for external websites
- Does not endorse or guarantee external content
You access third-party websites at your own risk.
6. Privacy
Your use of Secret Calculator – Pixvault is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
Please review the Privacy Policy to understand how data is handled.
7. Subscriptions & Payments
Certain features may require a subscription.
All payments are processed by Apple through the App Store.
- Subscription pricing is displayed within the App
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled
- You may manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID settings
Larbsoft does not store payment information.
Refund requests must be directed to Apple.
8. No Data Recovery
All vault content is stored locally on your device.
Larbsoft:
- Does not back up user data
- Cannot recover deleted files
- Cannot restore lost vault content
You are responsible for managing and safeguarding your data.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
Secret Calculator – Pixvault is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.
We do not guarantee that:
- The App will be error-free
- The App will always be available
- Downloads will succeed
- Third-party websites will function properly
Use of the App is at your own risk.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Larbsoft shall not be liable for:
- Loss of data
- Loss of files
- Unauthorized access caused by user negligence
- Damages arising from third-party websites
- Indirect or consequential damages
11. Intellectual Property
Secret Calculator – Pixvault, including its design, branding, and software, is owned by Larbsoft and protected by intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer the App.
12. Termination
We reserve the right to:
- Modify or discontinue the App
- Restrict access for violations of these Terms
You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your device.
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
14. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction in which Larbsoft operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
